Hello all :-)
I think I'm making some headway as far as trying to make this a site for everyone. I am in the process of inviting you all to be co-authors with me. I have to invite each of you individually, so it will take some time to get to everyone. If I understand it correctly, once you accept your invitation you should be able to make posts of your own rather than only being able to reply to post I make.
In the meantime, keep sending in any email addresses, phone numbers, house addresses, etc., you have or find, so we can build our alumni database for the next reunion. I know, 10 years seems like a long time, but I'm finding as I age, time seems to go faster (unless I'm at work). Besides, we may come up with some other activities involving you guys, so keep digging for our missing Raiders!
Well, enough for tonight. I hope to begin hearing from some of you soon. Give me some ideas to make our blog better.
Go Purple!

Dear Bob and all, It was fabulous seeing everyone after so long. I had a great time. Ten years is a long time. And, dare I mention, we are all quickly approaching 50 years. It would be fun to have a large 50th birthday party get-together in the Summer on that year. I know it is only two years away but we all know that so much happens in a year. It doesn't have to be a big deal. How 'bout a restaurant that accomodates 40-50. I'm guessing everyone wouldn't show up so room wouldn't be an issue. Just a thought. Also just for locals or people in the area at the time maybe an informal get-together every Summer? Just drinks and conversation. Hope to see some of you sooner than ten years. Sandy
What a blast from the past. These reunions have a way of connecting lives and time like no other.
I like the 35th reunion idea that Nancy White mentioned in her email. We're getting too old to let ten years go by before getting together. The 50th birthday party could be fun too.
How do we get people to post the pictures they took at the reunion?

A 50th birthday party!! What a GREAT idea...sometime in the summer of '09 - count me in!
